Questions families ask
What exactly do I get for $29?
Fourteen nights of dinner cards, one a night: a dish planned around your whole household, a variation of that dish for a fussier eater, the ingredient list and the steps — plus a family cookbook that grows from what actually got cooked. Everything is digital, delivered by email and on the web. We never ship food or ingredients.
Is a person writing these?
No. Every card is generated by our software from the form you fill in. No one writes, edits, or picks them for you. The same answers always produce the same cards.
Do you handle food allergies?
You list what each person can't eat, and our software leaves those recipes out of the candidates it picks from. That's a filter on what you told us, not a guarantee of safety — always read packaging labels yourself.
What if a night doesn't work out?
Tell us how it went. The software takes that into account when it generates the nights that follow, so the cards fit your table better as the two weeks go on.
When can I buy it?
We're not taking new households right now. If you want one email on the day it opens, send us a message with notify in the subject: support@mykitchen-labs.fit. No form, no account. We use that address for that one email and nothing else. In the meantime the full sample run shows you exactly what the software produces.
How do refunds work?
Full refund within 14 days of your first dinner card, no questions asked. If your first card never arrives, you can get a full refund at any time. Email us once and it's done.
